Let us prepare a down-home Christmas meal for you and your family that includes all the holiday classics you grew up with so you can spend more time relaxing and enjoying your family.  Choose between HICKORY SMOKED TURKEY, HICKORY SMOKED PRIME BRISKET, or HICKORY SMOKED PRIME RIB and add 3 sides of your choice, rolls or cornbread, and a delicious pie for dessert.  We added our seasonal favorites in addition to our classic sides.  Meals are prepared to serve 12 to 24.  If you want larger quantities, we will gladly prepare a quote.

Seasonal Sides: Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potato Mash (topped with marshmallows or pecans), Sausage & Apple Stuffing, Vegetarian Stuffing, and Waldorf Salad.

Classic Sides:      Smoked Mac-N-Cheese, BBQ Beans, Coleslaw

Seasonal Pies:   Pumpkin, Pecan, and Apple

Classic Pie:          Smoked Dutch Apple

Delivery charge may apply.  50% deposit required, balance upon delivery.
